In addition, in this paper, in this paper, we aim to clarify the complexity of factors influencing the recipients’ poverty and instability of life. To that end, 4 social workers, each with more than 5 years experience administering the micro-financing program, were interviewed. \n The results showed the following three points: the complex situation of user’s poverty and daily life, the precarious management of day-to-day affairs, and problems associated with the processes of using the system and loan repayment. Two conclusions can be drawn from the results. First is that the demands of daily life and adverse environmental conditions impact the loan recipients’ poverty and ability to live from day to day. Secondly, use of the micro-finance system leads to a situation of precarious day-to-day management and superficial “stability within instability”.
