ピアサポートについて、親の会の特性を踏まえた参加効果と、第三者の介入として専門職 者やボランティアがどのような影響をおよぼすのかについて着目した。参加する保護者が、 会への参加効果やそこへ関わる第三者の介入をどのように捉えているのかをインタビュー データを素材として考察した。結果、 『会の有効性』 『会の課題』 『会の発展』という会の特 性と、 『専門職の役割』『ボランティア介入の印象』という第三者の介入効果を抽出するこ とができた。特に課題として、当事者のみで会を運営することの困難さが参加者の特性変 化に基づくものであること、専門職者の介入がそのような状況下での運営をサポートし社 会資源としての質を向上させていることを見出した。また、ボランティアの存在は会の有
