などの効果が期待され、委託が促進されている。しかし一方で、要保護児童の中に障がい のある児童や被虐待児が増加し、その抱える問題が複雑になっていることから、里親には より専門的な知識が必要である。また、養育に不安を抱えている里親もおり、今後、里親 に対する支援体制が重要な役割を担うと考えられる。以上のような問題意識から、里親委 託を積極的に推進している S 市において、登録数の 8 割を占める養育里親を対象としてイ ンタビュー調査を行い、里親への支援体制について取り組みの現状と課題を探り、効果的 な支援策について考察した。その結果、里親には重層的な支援が必要であることが分かっ た。里親のニーズを研修内容に組み込み、里親の意見が反映される環境を整え、相談でき
