り地域における医療の重視、精神障害の再発予防と再発時の対応、精神障害の予防、精神障害者の生活・職 業・人間関係の調整・支援、地域中心の精神障害者サービスとサービスのシステムの充実、地域住民全体へ の精神保健活動などの多面に渡る活動を、地域を中心に様々な専門職が保健医療福祉の垣根を超えて多職種 で実施していくことにある。本研究では、筆者が北海道北部地域 3 自治体 3 地域で実施した地域住民のメン タルヘルスに関する調査結果もあわせて報告するが、先行研究では、高齢者の抑うつ症状の有症率は、25～ 35%であることが示されているなか、本研究の対象者では、基幹産業を「農業」とする 2 地区では低い傾向に、 「漁業」とする 1
