For the anxiety and confusion that teachers had toward the children with medical complexity, the nurses explained about their physical conditions and how to respond to emergencies, proposing the teachers to respond to these children by collaboration among the teachers. Further, the nurses worked to establish a support environment with arrangements enabling the teachers to have confidence in the work with these children. For occasions where coursework and extracurricular activities involve risks to the children with medical complexity, the nurses worked with teachers to enable the children to participate in and experience such activities by using their professional knowledge and ideas with a pioneering spirit to make what appears impossible
