@article{oai:nayoro.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000254, author = {Ryoko, ITO and 伊藤, 良子}, journal = {市立名寄短期大学紀要}, month = {Mar}, note = {110007150357, 基礎教育での,成人看護学における心肺蘇生法(Cardio-pulmonary Cerebral Resuscitation:以下CPCR)の技術修得においては,多くの看護学校で実施していることが報告検討されている。しかレ小児看護学におけるCPCRの技術修得における報告検討は少ないと思われる。心肺蘇生法普及の重要性については世界的に認識が高まっており,保育園や幼稚園に子どもを通園させている保護者は,心肺蘇生法を知らない人でも機会があれば学習したいと思っている人が大変多いことがいわれており,多くの人が修得できる機会を増やすことの必要性と情報を提供する側にも工夫や努力が求められている。看護学生はこれからの情報提供者となる人材であり,小児の救急処置・心配蘇生法に対する興味・関心を持たせ,内発的動機付けを高めることは看護教育上重要といえる。 本研究では,小児看護学の授業における救急処置・心肺蘇生法の演習において学生の興味・関心度と,学生が感じる技術修得状況を評価し,今後の課題を明確にすることを目的とした。結果,小児看護学における救急処置と心肺蘇生法の演習は,1.学生の興味・関心が高い。 2.今後に役立つものと考えられている。 3.学習意欲へつながるものである。4学生が感じる修得度は高く,自信をもてている。5.成人との比較では修得度は低く,乳幼児における心肺蘇生法の技術習得の困難さが示唆された。 今回の演習がきっかけとなり,今後,主体的に学んでいき将来的に情報提供者となっていくことに期待ができると考えられる。そのため,演習機材の充実や演習方法を工夫しながら今後もこの演習を行う必要性があると結論づけられた。, lt has been reported that skill acquisition necessary for cardio-pulmonary cerebral resuscitation(CPCR)in fundamental adult nursing education is conducted in many nursing schools. There are, however few reports to the authors' knowledge that have dealt with CPCR in skill acquisition in pediatric nursing. The importance of acquiring CPCR skills is recognized widely throughout the world. lt is said that there is a very large number of parents and guardians who send their children to daycare centers and kindergartens that wish to learn CPCR if given the opportunity, even if they have no prior experience. For this reason, there is an increasing need being felt on the part of information providers to make efforts and devise ways to respond by increasing the opportunities for more people to acquire these skills.Nursing students are human resources who are capable of providing such information. Hence it is important in terms of nursing education to raise interest and motivation with regard to pediatric emergency response and CPCR skills. ln order to clarify the issues that need to be addressed in the future, the current study looks at courses in pediatric nursing to examine the degree of interest students show in emergency response/CPCR and assess the students' own evaluation of their level of skill acquisition. 0ur results suggest that, concerning courses in first response and CPCR in pediatric nursing: 1) first year students show a high level of interest; 2) they feel that it is a very useful skill; 3) it leads to an increased willingness to learn, 4) students feel a strong sense that they have acquired the skills properly and are confident; 5) the actual mastery level was lower than that of adult nursing, revealing the difficulties of acquiring CPCR skills for infants. We believe that the course we used for this study was also an opportunity for students to go on to learn more on their own and become information providers themselves. To that end, we conclude that it is necessary to continue courses such as this as well as obtain better equipment and devise more effective ways of learning.}, pages = {47--51}, title = {小児看護学における心肺蘇生法演習状況と今後の課題 : 興味・関心・満足度、学生が感じる修得度からの検討}, volume = {39}, year = {2006}, yomi = {イトウ, リョウコ} }
