@article{oai:nayoro.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000680, author = {Ryoko,ITO and 伊藤, 良子}, journal = {市立名寄短期大学紀要, Bulletin of Nayoro City College}, month = {Jun}, note = {110007156460, 子どもにとって「遊び」は生活そのものであり、遊びを通じて、さまざまなことを体験することにより成長・発達が促されていくものである。遊びは看護師にとって、子どもを理解したりコミュニケーションをとる有効な手段であり、看護師には、遊んでいる子どもの姿を通して、子どものそときの気持ちや心身の状態を知ることができる能力が必要である。その能力を身につけるためには、子どもの成長・発達を学び、子どもを正しく理解し、より多くの子どもとの体験をもって深めていく必要がある。遊びの援助を小児看護学実習に取り組むことについての効果の研究は、これまでにも報告がある。今回、小児看護学実習における教育効果の向上を目的として2日間という短期間での実習における遊びの援助の導入について検討。学生の実習記録から入院中の遊びの意義を理解し、看護師として安全面を考えられた実習の効果となっているか、効果的な援助内容、よりよいコミュニケーション手段となっているかという視点で分析を行った。学生の学習効果としては、対象の年齢、病状を考え、入院中の遊びの意味を考えて行っている。さらに患児、家族の反応から楽しくストレスを解消すると共に、学習効果にもつながる援助であること、指導者の助言、姿から感染、安全面の配慮が自分たちの計画では不十分であったことに気づき、今後考えていこうという姿勢につながっていることがわかる。それぞれのグループで対象の年齢、病状に合わせた目的を考えて行い、1つ1つの理由も成長・発達を促すことまで考えているものとなっていた。また遊びを通じて患児、家族の観察を行うことも出来ており、小児看護において遊びを通じてのコミュニケーションをとり観察するという特徴的技術もできていたと考えられる。以上のことから今回遊びの援助を実習に取り入れたことは小児看護を学ぶ上での学習効果があり、意義があったといえる。, Play is life itself to children,and their growth and development are stimulated by experiencing various things through play.Play in an effective means for nurses to communicate with and understand children.Therefore,nurses need to have the ability to grasp children's feelings and conditions of body and mind by observing children playing. In order to acquire that ability,it is necessary to study children's growth and development,understand children properly, and deepen experiences with more children. There have been some reports about the effects of adopting assisted play in practical training in child health nursing. In the current study we planned to introduce assisted play to a two-day, short-term training session with the aim of improving the educative effect of practical training in child health nursinug.In the analysis, done from students' training journals,the following points were considered: whether they understood the significance of play during hospital stays,whether the effect of training took into account the safety concerns expected of nurses,and whether the content was effective and communicative as a means of play. As for the learning effect on the student nurses,play was conducted after the nurses considered the children's age medical condition,and the significance of play during the hospital stay.Moreover,the children and families' responses that the assistance helped eliminate stress and led to improved learning. They realized that their daily preventive care against infection an safety were not good enough,and this led to proactive attiudes in nurses. In each group, the assistance was performed in accordance with tha age and medical conditions for childhood patients, and the reasons behind each from of play,i.e. encouraging growth and development,were carefully thought out. In addition, the students were able to observe the child patients and their families during play. They seem to have acquired the particular skills of observation and communication with children thrugh play in child health nursing.
