 note = {110007149192, application/pdf, 最近,「格差社会」という言葉が流行している。「勝ち組」「負け組」という2分法が一時期,世間を騒がせていた。また,政府は盛んに,「努力した人間が報われるのは当然だ」と強調しつつ,「再チャレンジ」についても言及し始めている。他方,「格差」は国民の間でも強く実感されるようになり,格差の原因と対策をめぐる論議はかつてないほどに盛んになってきている。
 しかし,「格差」という言葉自体は,現代日本の現状から推すと曖昧さを伴う表現である。本稿では「貧困」という観点から,日本における「格差社会」を再考した結果,貧困の現れである生活保護制度利用者の具体的援助について,「生活力及び生活関係の形成」という提案を再び行うこととした。, Recently,it has become popular to speak of "kakusa-shakai",which can be translated to English as'social disparity'. There was also a period when everyone was worried about being separated into`winners'and`losers'. The government has always stressed that "those who work hard deserve to be rewarded" ,although it has recently begun to make reference to the notion of`re-challenge',or`starting over'. 
 On the other hand,the social gap ("kakusa" in Japanese) has come to be felt strongly among the people and there is much debate on its causes and cures. However,the meaning of the word "kakusa" is somewhat ambiguous in the contemporary Japanese context. In this paper,we reconsider disparity in Japanese society from the perspective of` poverty',discussing the details of support provided to social security recipients that represent the Japanese poor,and conclude with a call for the focus to be returned to the development of self-reliance and socialsupport networks.},
