| 内容記述 | 部活動が生徒たちの成長に寄与するという，まことしなやかな話がある。その真贋を検証することは研究的な意義があると本研究は考えた。部活動に関する先行研究では①運動部と文化部には違いがあること，②運動部は文化部よりもポジティブな影響があること，の大きく二点にまとめることができる。本研究は，部活動は「チームで働く力」を本当に育むのか，という問いを立て，パネル調査より明らかにすることを目的とした。その結果，次の三点を明らかにした。①わが国の高校教育は「チームで働く力」を本当に育ませていたこと，②「運動部優位説」は支持された。しかしながら「無所属」との違いは無かった，③「チームで働く力」に関しては，学業と部活動の「両立／非両立」は関係性がないこと，である。「無所属」の社会人基礎力の高さを新たに見つけることができたことは学術的な貢献と実務的な貢献の二つに資することができたといえよう。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | We have the something to discuss like being false to argue that "Cooperate Competency in the Team" is Bukatsudo．This research thought it was possible to reconsider to inspect the original or an imitation once more by framework as the school education. Bukatsudo study is (1) the difference between the athletic club and the cultural club, (2)athletic club Predominant. As a result, the following three points were made clear. ①High school education of our country was growing "Cooperate Competency in the Team" really. ②"Athletic club predominant" was supported. However, it has been rejected about "non-club activities". ③It's concerned with "Cooperate Competency in the Team", and a study and Bukatsudo, there is no relationship for "Ryoritsu/non-ryoritsu. The thing it was possible to find again could make the height of the member of society basic skills of "non-club activities" academic contribution and practical contribution. |
