| 内容記述 | 【要旨】本研究の目的は，特別支援学校（肢体不自由）における理学療法士（ＰＴ）の活用に対する教師の認識に影響を及ぼす要因を検討することであった。質問紙調査を実施し，まず教師の認識を因子分析して，次に肢体不自由教育経験年数，ＰＴと教師をコーディネートする係の有無，情報交換ツールの有無との関連を検討した。結果，教師の認識は「活用の有用性」「活用の困難さ」「指導助言の受容性」「教師の明確な役割意識」が抽出され，カイ二乗検定を行ったところ，肢体不自由教育経験年数は「活用の困難さ」と「指導助言の受容性」，コーディネーターの有無と情報交換ツールの有無は「活用の有用性」において有意差が認められた。ＰＴを効果的に活用するには，コーディネーターの配置や情報交換ツールを設定するなど校内体制を整備する必要があることを指摘した。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Abstract: This study examined factors affecting teachers' Recognition on advice from physical therapists. Results of questionnaire survey, through factor analysis, teachers' perceptions were "usefulness", "difficulty", "acceptance of teaching advice", and "teacher's clear role awareness". The chi-square test showed that there was a significant difference the number of years of experience of physical disability education in "difficulty" and "acceptance of teaching advice ". In addition, there was a significant difference in “usefulness” the presence of a coordinator and the presence of an information exchange tool. In order for physical therapist advice to be effective, it is necessary to improve the school system, such as setting up coordinators and setting up information exchange tools. | |||||||||||
