| 内容記述 | 近年,小児科領域の縮小,閉鎖などにより小児看護を学ぶ上で対象が少なく,対象となる子どもの少ない施設での実習では,少子化核家族の中で小児と接する機会が少なく育ってきた学生にとって,学習が困難状態となりつつある。 学生の子どもに対するイメージを知ることは,学生が子ども時代を想起できる授業,実習を工夫・検討することができ,少ない対象でも子どもの看護をとらえられる教育につながると考える。 今回は小児看護学履修前の子どもイメージを明確にすることを目的とした。結果,小児看護学履修前の学生の子どもイメージは,7〜8割の学生が「かわいい・愛おしい」「純粋・素直・無邪気・正直・無垢」「好奇心旺盛」「走っている・元気」「周りを笑顔にさせる。元気にさせる。」とプラスのイメージを持っていることが明確となった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | ln recent years it has been getting harder for many nursing students, who were raised in nuclear families with few children and hence had few opportunities to be around children, to study pediatric nursing through practice in facilities with a small number of subjects because of size reductions or closings in the pediatrics field. We believe that finding out the images of children held by nursing students will enable us to devise or examine classes and practice in which students can recall their own childhood and can realize an education with which they can comprehend the meaning of pediatric nursing even without a large number of subjects. The purpose of this study is to clarify the images of children that nursing students have before receiving pediatric nursing education. The results show that 70% to 80% of the students have positive images such as "cute and affectionate","pure, accepting,innocent, honest, and naive","full of curiosity","always running and cheerful",and "making people around them laugh and be cheerful" | |||||
