| 内容記述 | 2002年11月の厚生労働省の調査によると、糖尿病が疑われる人は予備軍を含めて、成人の6.3人に1人といわれている。通常糖尿病食は糖尿病食品交換表などを用いエネルギーを合わせることが重視されており、微量栄養素については見落とされがちである。特に、低エネルギー食では、ビタミン・ミネラルが不足しているのではないかと想定し、実際の病院で出されている一般食、糖尿病食、外来の患者さんの献立を比較し、ビタミン・ミネラルの摂取状況について把握することを目的とした。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | According to investigation of the Ministry of Health,Labor and Welfare in November,2002,those by whom diabetes in suspected including borderline diabetic are said to one person to 6.3 persons in adults.Usually,about diabetic diet,to calculate energy using a diabetes food exchange table is thought as important and the micronutrient tend to be overlooked.Espscially,in low-energy foods,it assumed that vitamins and minerals were insufficient. Therefore,our purpose is to get the situation of intake vitamins and minerals by comparing the menu of the actual hospital general diet, diabetes diet,and outpatients diet. | |||||||||||
