| 内容記述 | 本報は下川町における住宅改修補助制度の利用実績を解析したものである。同町の補助制度は、道内市町村のなかでは異例といえる利用実績を上げている制度である。高齢者と身体障害者を対象とし、対象者の身体状況・世帯構成・所得、対象工事内容に関する特別な制限はない。この利用実績の解析から、高齢者の住宅改修ニーズは住宅改修の促進に補助制度が果たしている役割を明らかにすることができると考えた。補助対象工事はバリアフリー化工事と一般改修工事の二種に分けられている。この工事種別にしたがって、バリアフリー化工事と一般改修工事の内容別実地状況、工事費額と補助金額の関係を解析した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The grant system for housing improvement in the town of Shimokawa yields especially high actual use statistics compared to other communities in Hokkaido.The people served by this grant system are the aged and the handicapped ,and there is no special limitation on physical health and ability , famiy circumstances,incom,or type of construction. Therefore,an analysis of these actual use statistics makes clear the housing improvement needs of the elderly and role of the grant system in promoting these improvement . There are two kinds of construction covered by this grant system : barrier-free and general improvement. This paper examines the condition under which both type of construction are carried out ,and the relationship between actual construction costs and subsidy allowances. | |||||
