| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、効果的に技術を理解し習得できるものとするために、市立名寄短期大学看護学科のCPCR演習の実際と今後の課題を明らかにすることである。2003年度と2004年度の2年次学生を対象とした、CPCR演習時のチェックリストと質問紙について分析を行った。学生は、CPCR演習において人工呼吸、心臓マッサージに関することについて困難だったと感じていた。また、学生は演習を通して、CPCRの重要性や生命の大切さ、チームワークの大切さを実感し、自己の技術習得状況に不安を感じつつも、正確に実施できるようになりたいという展望を抱いていた。CPCR演習の今後の課題は、1.CPCRチェックリストの改善、2.人工呼吸・心臓マッサージを中心としたCPCR技術の根拠の理解および技術習得ができるような指導の工夫、3.CPCRを継続して体験できるような環境の提供、4.AEDおよび二次救命処置を含めた教育内容の検討である。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study was conducted at Nayoro City College to clarify the difficulties experienced by nursing students in cardio-pulmonary cerebral resuscitation,with the aim of improving training exercises in the future.Results from a CPCR checklist and questinnaire given to 2nd year nursing students 2003 and 2004 were analyzed.A majority of students judged mouth-to-mouth ventilation and chest compression to be difficult.Recognizing the importance teamwork to the effective and life-giving administration of CPCR,students worried about their skills and, as a result, were motivated to moster the techniques of CPCR.This study clarifies areas for further development in the futuer,namely,improvement of the CPCR checklist,developing instructional activies through which students can appreciate technical bases of CPCR,provision of an environment that facilitates self-directed and continuous practice by students, and incorporation of instructional activities that make use of AED devices and ACLS strategies. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
