| 内容記述 | 社会福祉士という国家資格に基づく福祉専門職が誕生してから20年を迎えようとしている。しかし,同時に出発した介護福祉士に比較して,その知名度は低い。国民の多くに理解されない社会福祉士。その原因はどこに存在するのか。本ノートでは,わが国における相談援助の研究と実践の歩みをたどりながら,成人を迎える社会福祉士への期待と課題を述べるものである。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | It is coming up on 20 years since the introduction of state certification for social caseworkers. However, compared to social care work, there is little public awareness of the particular roles of social caseworkers and, indeed, many people in Japan do not even understand what the profession is. What is the reason for this? These notes discuss the expectations of future caseworkers and the problems faced by them. The history of casework practice and research in this country is also traced with an eye to considering why the profession is poorly understood. | |||||
