| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、小児看護学領城の学習が看護系大学生のもつ乳幼児に対するイメージの形成に与える効果を明らかにし、より効果的な教育を展開するための基礎資料とすることである。調査は看護系大学生を対象に質問紙法にて実施した。質問項目は井上らが子ども観の測定に有効であるとした51組の形容詞対を参考に、独自に7段階の評価尺度を設け、その値を得点とした。得点が高い方を肯定的なイメージとしている。調査は小児看護学領域の学習の前後で実施し、Mann-WhitneyのU検定を用いて分析した。分析の結果、「強い-弱い」、「親切な-不親切な」など5項目で学習後の得点が有意に上昇した一方、「陽気な-陰気な]、「鋭い-鈍い」など5項目で得点が有意に下降していた。結果より、小児看護学領域の学習は、看護系大学生の乳幼児に対するイメージを具体化し、対象者の理解を深めるのに重要な効果を与えていることが示唆された。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of the present study is to clarify the effect of pediatric nursing training on the formation of university nursing students'perception of infants and to obtain fundamental data for the development of more effective instruction. A survey of university nursing students was carried out using a questionnaire comprised of lnoue et al.'s 51 pairs of adjective opposites determined to be effective in measuring attitudes toward children. Each paired item was placed on a seven-point scale with higher values representing a more positive image. The questionnaire was administered once before and once after the training period and results were analyzed using a Mann-Whitney test. Analysis revealed that 5 pair items such as strong-weak and kind-unkind obtained significantly higher scores after the training period,while another 5 pair items such as cheerful-gloomy and quick-witted - dull scored significantly lower. Results suggest that pediatric nursing training contributes to a more concrete image of infants among university nursing students and provides the important effect of deepening objective understanding. | |||||||||||||||||
