| 内容記述 | 本研究では、静脈血採決の技術演習内容を改善し実施したことによる技術演習の実施内容の是非を問い、今後の技術演習をより良いものにすることを目的として質問紙調査を行った。質問紙調査は、初回演習後(初回後)、学生自身が反復演習した後(自己学習後)および学生同士での採決実施後(採決後)にそれぞれ実施した。演習内容が効果的であったかを検討するため、昨年度の質問紙調査のデーターとも比較して分析した。 初回後に比べ自己学習後では、「駆血帯の巻き方」など4項目で困難であると回答した者の割合は有意に減少し、自信が持てたと回答した者の割合が有意に増加した。初回後に比べ採決実施後では、「針の刺入角度」など7項目で困難であると回答した者の割合が有意に減少し、自信が持てたと回答した者の割合は有意に増加した。また、自己学習後に比べ採決後では、「針の挿入角度」など2項目で困難であると回答した者の割合は有意に減少し、自信が持てたと回答した者の割合は有意に増加した。これらは、演習内容を改善したことで、目に見えない静脈と針との状態をイメージしながら主体的に反復練習し、最終的に自信へと繋がったと思われた。 今後、さらなる工夫をし、効果的な演習内容を探求していきたい。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | THis paper reports on the results of a survey carried out to determine the effectivenss of improved training techniques in the drawing of venous blood,with the objective of further improving training techniques in the futuer. Student were given questionnaires the first time after an initial training exercise,again after repeated practice by student,and then finally after they had collected blood from each other. Comparing results from the first and second questinnaires,the difficulty rationg of 4 items such as "applying tourniquet" decreased,while the overall confidence rating increased. Comparing results from the first and final questionnaires,the difficulty rating of 7 items such as "the angle of injection" decreased,while the overall confidence rating increased.Comparing results from the second and final questionnaires,the difficulty rating of 2 items such as "the angle of injection" decreased,while the overall confidence rating increased.Comparing the results of last year's survey,these results seem to indicate that improvements in this year's training techniques, namely that of having students practice repeatedly on their own initiative, white imagining injecting an invisible vein,led to increased confidence..Results from this study can be sued to improve methods for teaching venous blood drawing in the future. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
