| 内容記述 | 近時、行財政改革が進められる中、社会福祉協議会を取り巻く環境は厳しさを増し、危機意識が高まっている。そこで地域福祉専門職と云われる社協職員の職務環境に着目して、その実態把握を試みた。そして、職務内容の評価を試みるとともに社協の活性化に向けて課題を探った。その結果、1.職場の人間関係、2.仕事に対する価値観、3.組織のミッション4.利用者への配慮等の重要性を明らかにしている。特に職場内コミュニケーションの重視や利用者と向き合う姿勢などを強調している。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | A sense of crisis surrounding the council of social welfare is increasing in which financial and administrative reform is advancing. We examined simple study to get factors improving motivation and problems for what workers of the council carry out their task hard.We could take the results four points below;first,human relationship in office second,a sense for the one's work third,a sense of mission for one's work fourth,a relationship with the clients.Especially,taking communication between members and facing attitudes for clients are emphasized. | |||||||||||||||||
